Personal Learning Objectives.
While I have a cursory understanding of digital technologies and other new media, over the course of this semester, I would like to gain:
* A greater degree of confidence with digital technologies, especially platforms such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
* An increase in personal willingness to explore digital technologies, especially as they relate to my own art making practice. Additionally, an increased willingness and comfort in incorporating digital technologies and media directly into my art making practice.
* A growing understanding of how digital technologies relate to the classroom setting, and how I can use them as an educator to enhance the learning experiences and creative success of my students, including ideas for lesson plans, etc.
* A personal knowledge of (free or inexpensive) resources for instruction, materials, and more that I can reference in order to maintain and continue augment my knowledge and use of digital technologies and new media, especially as it relates to my experience as an educator.
